AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s) toward the AMA Physician Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
Dentists: The Professional Education Society is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
The Professional Education Society designates this activity for a minimum of 12 continuing education credits.
Nurses: The Professional Education Society is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 5428, for up to 12 contact hours. Although the California Board of Registered Nursing does not approve individual continuing education courses, providers are required by law to be approved by the Board. Reciprocity for continuing education hours for nurses is available in most states. Please check with your regulation board regarding requirements.
For Other Healthcare Professionals: Certificates of Attendance are issued to all participants attending credit sessions and can be submitted for credit approval to their professional board. Cancellation of Regent Ancillary Items:
Pre- and Post-Cruise Hotel Packages, Pre- and Post-Cruise Land Packages, Pre-Bookable Adventures Ashore, Visa Packages, Airfare, Air Supplemental Fee, and Free Hotel Package: 100% fee within 60 days prior to departure (July 31, 2023)
Shore Excursions, Private Transfers, and Private Cars & Vans: 100% fee within 36 hours of departure
Custom Air Fee: 100% fee from when requested
CME/CE Professional Seminar Fee for Medical, Dental, Nursing, or Allied Healthcare Professionals is an additional $695 per person. If you do not need the CME/CE credit but wish to attend the seminar, the Seminar Attendance Fee is $450.

An air price reduction of $2,400 per person is available if you do not wish to include airfare and transfers.
Reservation Booking Terms and Conditions:
Required Deposit: Cruise: 15% of cruise fare and a non-refundable Global Tracks administration fee of $100 per person

Passports: Passports are required for all guests and must be valid for six months after the end of the cruise.
Additional Services: Please contact your PES Travel for any additional services you may need including airfare, pre- and post-cruise packages, transfers, and tours.
PES offers optional travel insurance. Travel insurance is strongly suggested and will give you the opportunity to recover monies lost through cancellations. We offer Travel Guard insurance as an option. Premiums vary depending on your age and the cost of your trip. Purchase within 15 days of deposit for additional benefits.
