First of all what is Co Living? Community living dipped in a contemporary salsa! 

If you know us a little already you have probably heard about our Co Living concept. As a digital nomad or remote worker, it’s the perfect way to combine the necessary with the pleasant. If you don’t necessarily need to work but want to go on a (solo) trip anyway, Co Living is also the way to go. 

It’s the newest form of modern community living; you can hang out with other people if you feel like it, and be alone if that's what you need. Live and let live. 

• Co living is affordable. Sharing a space allows you to live in a beautiful, luxurious villa you might not be able to afford all by yourself. If you compare our prices to those of a bnb or hostel, you really get your money's worth if you stay with us. 
• Co living is convenient. We include certain additional services that will make your life easier. Think home cooked meals, a full fridge, a clean house, a shared car etc. Long story short: household management takes time, but you don't have to worry about that. We'll do that for you!
• Co living includes a community. Whether you want to work remotely or go on a solo trip, making new friends can be challenging. Through co living you meet new people without it being forced. Living in a community comes with a certain uplifting vibe. Together we share connect and grow!

 You guess it… a special Co Living edition for families with kids. What to expect? 

• Max 3 families (with each max 2 kids) 
• Our usual Co Living standards (read below)
• Two daily baby sitting moments of each 1,5 hour included for one kid. You pay a supplement for for the second kid. 

Our Co Living Standards 

• It’s luxurious & all inclusive. You live in a beautiful villa in Spain (Malaga) with boutique styled rooms, an infinity pool & jacuzzi, amazing views, yoga terrace, sports equipment, airconditioning, towels, shower products and more!
• It’s intimate. You live in the villa with max 7 people. You feel the uplifting energy of living in a community. Working out together, going to the beach, sharing your dreams and ideas. But there are also enough spots in and around the villa where you can just be with yourself.
• All meals are included. Four nights a week a delicious dinner is prepared for you (of which one time a bbq or a paella lunch). For breakfast and lunch, you can dive into the fridge which is always filled with fresh products to prepare whatever you feel like.
• Interesting included extra’s. Airport transfer, unlimited dog cuddles. Also the added possibility to book a yoga class, soundhealing or massage.
• Each room has it’s own internet router. Apart from that, there is a shared working space in the living room and the possibility to book a private room for meetings.
• Joint activities (if you wish, you don't have to). We often practice yoga together, do a workout, go on a hike, dance at a festival, cuddle with donkeys etc.

The benefits for your family

Since you don’t have to worry about household management (cleaning, cooking, laundry, doing groceries) you’ll have more quality time with you family, your partner and last but definitely least; with yourself! 

Of course we get that you want know who will be taking of your kids while you are doing your own thing. 

Your kiddos will be in the caring hands of Corrien de Jongh. She is our dear friend, but also an experienced lifestyle coach with whom we organize retreats. She has a lot of experience babysitting through taking care of her younger sisters growing up and she babysitted other kids from the age of 15. These days, she still babysits her nephews. 

During the babysitting moments (depending on the age of course) Corrien will always think of a cool activity like crafting, kids yoga/workout, playback show etc.
