A wonderful trip with fantastic leaders. Trip created memories to cherish for a life time. Accommodations were excellent. Friendly accommodating hosts. Educational trip with excursions to learn about the history and the evolution of the communities we visited.

Carrie and Serena from Boone Based Travel Crafters curated an amazing experience for my first trip to Italy and Europe. They created a sense of community among our group and offered just the right amount of support needed to enjoy the weeklong stay at a magnificent villa in Tuscany that also included three off site excursions. This trip allowed for the perfect amount of independence and solitude in balance with group yoga classes, meals and off site adventures. I felt so well cared for and would highly recommend traveling with this group to anyone!

Our Sicily trip was a wonderful experience and truly lived up to the “rest and restoration” promise. Our accommodations were perfect with lovely hosts in a beautiful setting. The food was amazing with beautiful breakfast spreads, 3 course vegetarian meals which were lovingly prepared. Our outings were thoughtful. A highlight was the tour of Selinunte ruins with a working archeologist as our guide. This is the way to experience this rich history. The daily yoga sessions were so thoughtful and engaging. Care was given to make these sessions accessible and meaningful and helped to foster togetherness among the group. What an amazing adventure with excellent guides. I felt so cared for.

It was a great trip with a wonderful group of people. Carrie and Serena found two beautiful places for us to stay with yoga every morning and chef made fresh food. We had the added gift of Valerie’s presence and yoga teachings. Our group felt like family in the best way. Driving and parking in Sicily was challenging but otherwise we had a variety of adventures including guided tours of ancient historical sights, hikes on Mt Etna, boating and swimming in the Mediterranean, lotsa pastries, cappuccino, limoncello, gelato, graneta, a visit with Baron Franco Schiavi at his castle where scenes from all 3 Godfather movies were filmed, sunset at the salt flats, world famous street food in Palermo. I’ve traveled with Carrie and Serena before. I look forward to their next adventure. England anyone? Sharon
