• Cancun Hotel Zone (additional fee of $450 MXN per person) to be paid in cash when the guide meets you in the lobby

• Puerto Morelos (additional fee of $450 MXN per person) to be paid in cash when the guide meets you in the lobby

• Playa del Carmen.

• Puerto Aventuras.

• Akumal.

• Tulum (For reservations from Tulum, the only meeting point will be at SUPER AKI, and at the end of the tour, the only arrival point in Tulum will be at SUPER AKI.)

You will receive confirmation of the pickup time via WhatsApp one day before the tour. Please ensure you have the app downloaded so you can receive the details and communicate directly with us.

You must be in the lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. (The maximum waiting time from the pickup time will be 5 minutes), after which your reservation will be considered a NO SHOW.

If the hotel where you are staying is outside our pickup area, you will be given a meeting point. Please be on the lookout for our tour guide, who will be wearing our logo.
