This retreat offers the perfect balance of under the sea adventure, yoga, and relaxing by the pool.  Our guests will take part in an intensive Padi dive certification course, with the best instruction the island can offer.  From supported studies, to safety training, and multiple local dives, everything is included withing the retreat pricing.  

This sun-filled January trip will also include daily yoga for participants of all levels.   All with a goal of sharpening their practice, learning new skills, and having lots of fun with similar cool people.

Mornings will be filled with yoga workshops in the gorgeous outdoor yoga space overlooking the ocean.  Our in-house team will teach you all of the yoga things your heart desires - focusing especially on handstands, arm balances, back bends, and ways to build strength . Creating a reliable home practice sequence to bring back with you will be emphasized as well.

Later mornings and most of the remainder of the day will be focused around dive training.  Guests will be first practicing in the Coco B pool, and will as the week progresses be doing safety training in the sea, and then completing their required dives . 

Four dinner meals will be served in-house, the other two can be enjoyed by guests in the Centro area.

All food at Coco B Isla will be provided by our in-home chef,  and will be naturally gluten-free to support a gluten detox without even trying. Many other diet needs can be accommodated as well. 

There will be access to a self-serve honor bar throughout the trip and two evenings will have cocktail hours with a private bartender.

Isla Mujeres is a small island, located conveniently off the shores of Cancun.  Just a short ferry ride away, Isla Mujeres feels much quieter and more relaxed then the hustle and bustle of the mainland.  Isla Mujeres is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, incredible snorkeling, and an abundance of Caribbean color and culture.
