Join Jessica Willis and Brian Peoples at Cocoon from September 10th - 17th.  
Mid-September is the ideal time to be in southern Portugal.  The weather is deliciously warm, days are still lazy and long, and the water draws the sun's rays to heat it.  Besides beach hopping along the protected beaches of the Alentejo region, you'll enjoy world class yoga from three teachers who've studied, practiced, and refined their craft for over a decade each personally.    
There'll be day trips to explore the treasured beaches of the Alentejo region and ample down time to enjoy the farm, fresh water lake, and property.  

Jess and Brian are highly trained and talented teachers.  Their experience draws upon various yoga and mindfulness traditions including Katonah Yoga, vinyasa, meditation, Thai bodywork, Yin yoga, Wim Hof method, traditional massage therapy, Taoism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.  

Any yoga practitioner level can join this trip, although you'll get the most out of it if you have had some experience.  We can accommodate your preferred room arrangements.  If you want to stay in a room by yourself, message us and we can change a room from a double occupancy to single occupancy.  There will be a price difference.

You can rent a car or hire a driver.  Cocoon is roughly a 2-hr drive from Lisbon or Faro.  It's recommended to rent a car and split with other attendees.  We'll help coordinate this as time goes.

A day at Cocoon  

Typical day

Check-in time on Saturday the 10th is anytime after 3pm. &nbsp;Ideally between 3p and 5p. &nbsp;Dinner will be the first meal served on the 10th. &nbsp;
 
Check-out time on Saturday the 17th is 10am. We'll practice and have breakfast on the 17th. &nbsp;Comporta is a popular beach town to hit on the way back to Lisbon, plan lunch at Comporta Cafe (make reservations) and another dip in the ocean. &nbsp;

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable or transferable. Deposits securing your spot are $500. &nbsp;For cancellation requests submitted with more than 60 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 14 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.

This room can sleep two people. &nbsp;The bed setup can be as two separate twin beds or one larger bed. The bathroom is at the end of the hallway and will be shared with another room. &nbsp;
 
If you want to make this room a single, just for you it will be $2,500. &nbsp;
