Your destination is a collection of 24 luxury independent villas perched above Zorkos' pristine beach in a protected natural environment of unrivaled natural beauty. Last year, Zorkos beach, with its blue sparkling waves and sandy beach, was selected one of Greece's top four best beaches. At Aegea Blue Cycladic Resort, the comfort of living in a natural environment is blended with all of the modern facilities, services and spa treatments of a luxury resort.

Rosie Underwood, a certified yoga teacher and Holistic & Integrative health coach, combines yoga and meditation classes with positive psychology to help people discover their mission, align with their fundamental values, and empower themselves to reach their health goals through various stages of learning and change. Rosie works as a mentor with you to offer you with the tools you need to implement the changes that are the foundations of long-term well-being. She bridges the gap between medical recommendations and people's own ability to make healthy emotional, physical, and mental modifications that will endure the rest of their lives. She has studied with over 85 of the wellness industry's greatest experts, including Deepak Chopra, and as a result has created a distinct, well-rounded teaching and coaching style.

All practices are open to yogis of all levels, from beginners to experienced.

Natural products, fresh fruit and vegetables, local cheese, traditional recipes, and delicious desserts will be included in all of your meals on this beautiful island. We curate nutritious meals in close partnership with local farmers, and our in-house chef adds new pleasures to our menu on a regular basis based on the fresh ingredients.
