Join Chelsey for a 10-hour exploration on how to organize yourself in time and space through conscious pranayama and asana techniques based in Katonah Yoga® Theory. Over the course of the training, students will move from a state of doing to a state of being.
We’ll examine traditional ways to approach pranayama which help cultivate awareness in relation to the katonah approach which allows for continuous conscious dialogue. Chelsey will guide students through asana - the construction of the cup, pranayama - filling the cup, and meditation - taking a sip. Expect lots of practice and practice teaching for those who are willing! Students will develop a personal toolkit of Katonah Yoga® techniques to lean into seasonally for deeper personal insight and well-being.
