Introducing Connect, a gathering of entrepreneurial women brought together to elevate their businesses and themselves, explore strategic alliances, establish genuine friendships and professional relationships, and examine effective methods of intentional prospecting.
Connect takes place in October, from Wednesday the 25th, through Sunday the 29th. During that time attendees will meet other high-achieving women, learn about Centers of Influence and Professional Alliances, practice and perfect elevator pitches and referral requests, and more.
We'll be helping each other to grow, building each other up, forming partnerships, and discovering how to push our businesses to the next level.
While focused mostly on the business at hand, Connect does include amenities such as yoga classes, accommodations in a lovely seaside villa, and a chef on hand preparing vegan meals from scratch.

Do I need a passport to attend this retreat?
You do need a passport to enter Mexico. If you don't already have one, routine processing is 8 to 11 weeks and expedited processing (for an additional $60) is 5 to 7 weeks. This cost is not included in the ticket price.

What’s the itinerary like/what will the workshops be like?
There will be workshops around connecting, including topics such as Referral Partners, Strategic Alliances, Elevator Speeches, etc., but we definitely plan on less coaching time and more connecting time for this retreat.

Can I get a private room?
Private rooms will be unavailable. If you would book with a friend, however, we will make sure that you are roomed together!

Are refunds available? / What happens if I sign up but can’t make the full payments on time?
Balances MUST be paid in full before arrival. Refunds will not be issued for any payments made, including for cancelations.
What is your COVID-19 policy?
Our priority is to make sure that everyone stays healthy and feels safe throughout the retreat. Mexico does not currently require a negative COVID test to enter the country, and the US does not currently require one to return.
It's important that we remain up to date on the CDC's travel guidelines and follow the basic requirements. Please keep in mind that all payments are non-refundable, so it is strongly encouraged that you purchase a travel insurance policy with a COVID protection plan.

What will the food be like?
Amazing. Meals are prepared on-site from locally sourced ingredients, and you’ll be astounded at the quality, flavor, variety, and heartiness of the offerings from the chefs. The food is filling, healthy, and absolutely delicious. We are planning one dinner out on the town as well!
Will I need cash? Do I need pesos?
Most establishments accept dollars and credit cards (VISA and Mastercard are most commonly accepted) so it’s not necessary to carry a lot of pesos, but cash will be needed for tipping drivers and paying for taxis if required, as well as possibly some shopping and dining out.
Is the villa private, or will there be outside guests as well?
This is a private villa, just for us! The only "outsiders" will be our contractors and facilitators. Staff will not be spending the night on-site, though there will be security patrolling outside during the evenings. There are neighboring villas as well.
How do I know it will be worth it?
This is an investment, no doubt about it, but examine your perspective: are you seeing the cost and judging it by the dollar amount, or are you considering the value of everything that you'll receive over the span of five days and nights?
Imagine the connections you'll make here, the experiences you’ll have. Imagine the referral power in a group like that! I can promise you that this retreat is going to be incredible. Remember though, you'll get out of it what you put into it; show up ready to grow and that's exactly what you'll do. You will share a room with one or two other guests in a beautiful beachside villa.
Delicious vegan meals and snacks will be prepared on site by a private chef every day throughout the day. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated for.
Three yoga classes will be available during the your stay.

All guests must purchase their own flights to the Merida International Airport
If you don't already have a passport, this will need to be taken care of ASAP.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged for this trip. You can find basic plans that cover most things such as medical emergencies, trip cancellation, interruption, delays, lost luggage, etc.
If a negative test is required to fly home, the test will be paid for out of pocket by the attendee
Outside travel, meals, or excursions other than what is listed on this page are not included.
We will take care of tipping for the villa staff (though we urge you to consider adding your own tips) and the chef. Tipping for your drivers or any other service personnel will be at your discretion.
