Connect and Reflect with E-RYT 500 Heather Solomon at the world-renowned Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica. This 8-day, 7-night retreat is designed to support your health and well being through Yoga, meditation, nature immersion, nutrient dense meals, and luxury accommodations.

Each day will start with one of Heather's signature yoga classes. Heather pulls wisdom from her study of Yoga and Ayurveda to craft classes that cultivate the qualities of earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Some classes will also feature live-looping guitar from Kevin Koa.
Between classes and workshops, the Bodhi Tree serves 3 local-organic meals per day. You'll have built in free time to enjoy the resort, spa services, or salt water pool. At the end of each day you'll walk down to the beach of evening meditations and a gorgeous sunset.
