Travel Policy

The Connect Feaux Experience is a curated group journey rooted in respect, cultural awareness, and shared responsibility. By registering, travelers agree to participate in the experience with integrity, flexibility, and consideration for the group.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, required visas, and any necessary health documentation prior to departure. Participants are expected to follow all local laws, customs, and guidance provided by the Connect Feaux team and local partners.

The Connect Feaux Experience reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or experiences as needed due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the overall integrity of the journey.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made, excluding the deposit and any non-recoverable vendor costs.

Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.

Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.

If a traveler is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another approved traveler up to 30 days prior to departure, subject to administrative approval and any applicable fees.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of written cancellation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance can protect your investment in the event of trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, flight delays, lost luggage, or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. The Connect Feaux Experience is not responsible for costs incurred due to personal emergencies, travel delays, illness, or changes in travel plans.

By registering, travelers acknowledge that they have been advised to purchase travel insurance and understand the financial risk of traveling without coverage.
