Royal Pigeon Yoga invites you to an old colonial city tucked in a lush landscape.  Stay in stylish and inspiring accommodations.  Enjoy breakfast each morning on a terrace or in the garden surrounded by beautiful foliage.  Dive into yoga at least twice a day with intentions to challenge the body.  Cultivate a practice of mindfulness, compassion, and patience through meditation.  Reset the mind and release stress.  This retreat holds space for all of the above and provides you with the opportunity and permission to open to a new sense of peace, adventure, and well being.

While this is a yoga retreat, we will also provide ideas to enhance your trip.  There are tours available to coffee farms, hikes/horseback riding excursions that take you up an active volcano (where you can roast marshmallows on hot rocks), zip lining, chocolate making, day trips to natural hot springs, tours or mindfulness walks of old ruins, ATV sunset tours, and more!   *All of these will be at an additional cost.

Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel.  Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments are as follows: For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. After this we will not be able to refund any balance payments. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend or for arriving late or leaving early. 

All participants will be required to purchase travel insurance which must include a policy for medical care in the event of injury/illness.  It is best to have your insurance booked ONE MONTH prior to travel.  Royal Pigeon Yoga can provide recommendations in a follow up email but you will be responsible for your choosing your own travel insurance.  Participants who do not obtain travel insurance with a medical policy will not be able to attend and will not receive a refund (per the cancellation policy noted above).
