We’ll stay in a gorgeous villa exclusive to our group, complete with peaceful indoor and outdoor movement spaces, ample resting spots in nature and a refreshing pool. Each day includes energizing Pilates, grounding yoga practices, breathwork, and meditation all designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind.
Savor delicious, locally-sourced, in-house chef meals each day that celebrate the vibrant flavors of Puglia. In your free time, soak up the sun, wander through nearby historic villages and partake in cultural excursions to deepen your experience of the region.

Enjoy YogApulia, reserved exclusively for our group. Features include an indoor yoga shala, outdoor movement space, pool, gardens, and a beautiful communal dining area.
Stay in beautifully designed suites with modern comforts, air conditioning, wifi, and a private ensuite bathroom—all set in the peaceful countryside of Puglia.
Travel to and from the local airport (Brindisi airport OR Bari airport) via retreat shuttles that will be organized ahead of time and included in the price.
Practice yoga in an indoor shala or outdoor space. Six guided sessions combining movement, breath, and mindfulness. All levels welcome, but experience with yoga practice is recommended.
Focus on building strength, posture, and core awareness through daily Pilates classes. Accessible and empowering for all levels of experience.
Reconnect through daily guided meditations held in serene natural or cozy indoor spaces, supporting clarity and balance.
Delight in two delicious plant-based meals daily, plus an afternoon snack—prepared by in-house chefs using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, with traditional Puglian and Italian regional recipes.
Engage in Corterra workshops focused on exploring and deepening your connection to the body, emotional well-being, and nature’s rhythms.
Join a hands-on Puglian cooking class and learn to prepare traditional regional dishes using local ingredients and time-honored techniques.
