Reviews

I had a wonderful trip with Eleanor and Matea. It was the perfect balance of Yoga, Pilates and local excursions. I enjoyed having silence in the morning up to brunch time - although most of us were not very good at it. The retreat centre was absolutely gorgeous! One of my highlights was the food! Mariella prepared our meals with her heart. My favorite part about the retreat was the connection we made with our intension at the beginning and at the closing end of the retreat. I felt Eleanor and Matea really cared what we thought and felt. They managed to make a beginner student like myself feel welcome in their classes. There was great energy throughout the retreat. Thank you Eleanor and Matea for this meaningful retreat that I will always cherish.
