About this trip

Join me on the 2nd Annual Wellness & Healing Retreat which is not limited to but is curated with those who are survivors and/or diagnosed with Autoimmune Diseases, Cancers or who are actively trying to manage stress and anxiety. As a person diagnosed with both Crohn's Disease and Stage IV Endometriosis, I find it extremely important to host an annual retreat that is a mix of wellness and healing as well as fun and adventure. 


This year's trip will be hosted in the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica which has a high Jamaican influence. You will fly into San Jose (SJO) Airport from your destination and from there I will transport everyone domestically within CR to Limon and shuttle transfer to Puerto Viejo.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing an 8 day trip to Barbados during the vibrant Crop Over festival. I had an incredible trip to Barbados filled with festivities, delicious food, and the opportunity to make new friendships. The island's vibrant culture truly came alive as I explored the local markets, enjoyed traditional Caribbean dishes like jerk chicken and flying fish, and danced to the rhythms of calypso music. The highlight was undoubtedly the host who guided us to the heart of the Crop Over celebrations. We danced the night away, surrounded by lively locals and fellow travelers, all under a starlit Caribbean sky. Special thanks to our incredible travel host Erica for this unforgettable adventure. Barbados, you've left an indelible mark on my heart, and I can't wait to return for more adventures next year. ✨️
