Iconic National Parks Monuments & Scenery

Great time,fantastic scenery, met new friends , Tanja and Kevin were wonderful.

Somehow they seemed to control and weather and we had a great time, only 1 afternoon of rain and very few clouds the rest of the time.  There was always something planned for us to do and we had plenty of time to visit some parts of a museum or the gift shops that were available.  At the airport with one of the owners of Prime Tours with us, we were updated with news long before other people found out anything and we didn't have to worry about anything, it was all taken care of for us.  It was a very fun and full week of exciting things to experience.

Trip of a lifetime- saw even more than we had anticipated. Second tour through prime tours - that brought me back - great tour guide and bus driver snd kevin was very helpful .  

We had a wonderful time. Arrangements were good and hotels were accommodating. The meals that were included were excellent. The side trips were interesting and fun.  It was as good as it could be during a pandemic. Thank you for the experience. 

Hawaii Three Island Adventure

This was a wonderful trip!  Everything went as scheduled and we saw amazing things.  Cory, the Collette tour guide, was very knowledgeable from having grown up in Hawaii. His history of conducting tours all over the world and working on cruise lines around the globe makes him perfect for the position he holds.  He was organized, caring, fun loving, and willing to help in any way he could.  He made sure the local guides/drivers were also knowledgeable and amazing drivers.  He treated us like family (Ohana) and wanted us to experience his adopted home of Hawaii at every place we visited and activity we did. We appreciate the opportunity provided through Prime Tours, after our original trip was cancelled not once but twice due to Covid-19, and Collette.

it was a fun trip.  I was not sure, when those of us including our guide and the driver William showed up on time.  We had to wait for a bit for the "star " attraction and then wait even longer for others.  I felt bad that the guide Kevin was put in that position.  Most other groups would have said too bad.  I know we were small, but very inconsiderate.  The rest of us managed to get up early.  
I enjoyed the Castle Noel, the fantastic art museum, the river cruise, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Christmas Story House.  It was my first trip to Cleveland and enjoyed it very much.  

Cleveland Vibes with Mindy Drayer ~ Ohio Summer of Fun Series

My 2 daughters and I had a really fun trip!  The whole Cleveland Vibes Tour was awesome and all in the state I already live in! I highly recommend you go on a tour with Prime Tours they take care of all the planning, driving, parking so it is just a stress free vacation. I will definitely book again’

It was a really fun trip! It was well organized and we saw great sites. Loved the Cleveland Museum of Art and Rock and Roll Exhibits. Plus it was fun to see some Christmas places in July!! I recommend this company for sure.

My mother, sister, and I loved the trip.  We had and awesome time. The different tour stops that were so immersive and fun. Due to the extreme heat one day, my mom got sick. Our tour directors swooped in and called EMS to get her checked out.  They kept in touch with me on her progressed and went to the hospital to bring my mom and sister back to the hotel.  They worked the next day's schedule to allow my mom more time to rest in the morning and still enjoy the tour.   Since the 3 of us were to miss the dinner at the Amish home while she was being checked out, they made sure to bring food from the dinner back for us.  They really took care of us.

Great day excursions, friendly staff, wonderful and comfortable buses, excellent trip. The smaller group size made for a more cohesive group of travelers.  

Tradfest Music Tour of Ireland

It was a wonderful experience. The accommodations and excursions were pleasant and well planned. The small group made the experience more intimate. If I have another opportunity to travel overseas, PrimeTours will be my go to package.

Definitely five star.  Great daytime trips and music every night, wonderful hotel and Dave Matthews and Brenda Willis were on top of every situation, always with a smile for everyone.  I recommend this trip highly for anyone with the slightest interest in music.  It was a real delight.
