Retreat leader Cassandra Fauss has curated the week to be a space for you to slow down and (re)discover the simple beauty of DOING less and BEING more. 

Enjoy twice daily yoga and meditation classes, healthy and freshly prepared meals, connection to a like-hearted group of humans and plenty of free time to rest, restore and explore as you desire. 

Peace Retreat is a unique gem nestled in the lush jungle, just a short walk from Playa Negra beach. From luxury private bungalow to a budget-friendly shared bunkhouse, Peace Retreat has a variety of accommodations to meet your budget and desired experience.

Aside from our eco-chic nightly accommodations, the property also includes a pool, health spa, juice and smoothie bar, hammocks and lounge areas, a sweat lodge and more! 

Peace Retreat is located in the Guanacaste province in the town of Los Pargos, a short 60-minute drive from the Liberia International Airport (LIR). The shuttle to/from the airport and Peace Retreat Center is included.

Enjoy twice-daily soulful and sweaty yoga sessions inspired by vinyasa, yin & kundalini, led every morning and evening by Cassandra.

Cassandra's intuitive and innovative teaching style will engage all layers of your being through energetic breath work, dynamic movement, and mindful meditation. Known for her playful, practical, and philosophy-based approach, she will inspire you to find wisdom in your wobbles and not to take yourself too seriously. 

The kitchen at Peace Retreat uses a variety of local, minimally processed ingredients and Ayurvedic food principles to support our “food is medicine” approach. All meals are prepared on-site by skilled chefs and served at a specific time to encourage guests to eat and enjoy in conversation together. The Nourish at Peace menu is mostly vegetarian and naturally gluten free; we can accommodate most dietary preferences with the exception of meat-heavy diets.

Two meals (breakfast and dinner) are included in your retreat.

The retreat has been designed with plenty of free time to design as you please. Take a dip in the pool, enjoy a fresh squeezed juice, smoothie or snack from the Nourish at Peace, pamper yourself at Body at Peace Spa, take a short walk to the beach, or lounge in a hammocks to soak in the sights and sounds of the jungle around you.

Investment:

The rates listed are per person. A $500 deposit will reserve your spot. Remaining Balance Due July 1, 2024. Payment plans are available by request.

Please note that deposits and trip tuition are non-refundable. This is a firm policy because once you commit to a room with your deposit, we are committed to paying for it.
