Marie Agnew, Amber Hayes and Maggie Umberger invite you to join them for a week-long immersion of yoga, movement, meditation and relaxation in Nosara, Costa Rica!
Yoga practices will be led by Amber and Maggie and offered twice daily. All accommodations, yoga practices and meals will be provided during your stay at the luxury Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort.
The itinerary of each day is exactly what you make it to be - as structured and full of activities or as loose and full of flow as you'd like. More details about what each day has to offer are listed below. Come as you are, take part in whatever serves you and leave what doesn't. Our aim for you is to have the spaciousness to allow yourself to land, let your nervous system to settle, to reconnect with nature, community and with your breath. You'll go home after 7 days of tranquility feeling calm, grounded, and overflowing with sunshine.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for any reason you may need to cancel your trip as once your space is purchased, we are not able to accommodate refunds or partial refunds.

Throughout the week, Marie will lead discussions and workshops on functional health topics based on survey responses.
Flights into and out of Costa Rica are not included. It is recommended to fly into Liberia (about 2.5 hours from Nosara)
Bodhi Tree Resort will help you organize your airport transfer and it will be charged to your room

Morning
6:30 AM – Sunrise Guided Meditation
Greet the day in our open-air yoga shala, surrounded by lush jungle and birdsong. Let stillness and breath set the tone for your day with a guided meditation led by one of our experienced facilitators.
8:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast
Enjoy a vibrant, farm-to-table breakfast crafted to energize and delight. Expect tropical fruits, fresh juices, homemade granola, and warm, wholesome offerings made with love.
9:30 AM – Guided Yoga with Amber or Maggie
Flow through an uplifting and intentional yoga practice tailored to all levels. You’ll leave your mat feeling centered, strong, and radiant.

Gather for a colorful, nourishing lunch inspired by local flavors. Our chefs blend nutrition and indulgence to create meals that fuel your afternoon—vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options always available.
