Morning
6:30 AM – Sunrise Guided Meditation
Greet the day in our open-air yoga shala, surrounded by lush jungle and birdsong. Let stillness and breath set the tone for your day with a guided meditation led by one of our experienced facilitators.
8:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast
Enjoy a vibrant, farm-to-table breakfast crafted to energize and delight. Expect tropical fruits, fresh juices, homemade granola, and warm, wholesome offerings made with love.
9:30 AM – Guided Yoga with Amber or Maggie
Flow through an uplifting and intentional yoga practice tailored to all levels. You’ll leave your mat feeling centered, strong, and radiant.
Midday
12:00 PM – Delicious Lunch
Gather for a colorful, nourishing lunch inspired by local flavors. Our chefs blend nutrition and indulgence to create meals that fuel your afternoon—vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options always available.
1:00 PM – Free Time or Choose Your Adventure
This is your time—follow your energy. Whether you’re craving stillness or adventure, the choice is yours:

Evening
5:00 PM – Sunset Yoga Session

7:00 PM – Soulful Dinner
End your day with a beautifully plated, soul-satisfying dinner made from the freshest local ingredients.
