Leave the routine of your daily life and come home. Come home to what you already have and already know. Oftentimes, the obligations and routines of our daily life challenge our ability to connect with our inner wisdom.
The practices of yoga, meditation, journal writing, and discussion will, throughout the week, help guide us back to the place within each one of us which is our home base.
Our intention is to provide an opportunity to find the tranquil space within via the practices of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. During our twice daily scheduled time together, we will weave these practices together, so that the physical practice of yoga may become the metaphor for the inner journey
This Costa Rica retreat naturally offers the silence, space and beauty to slow down, tune in, connect and journey home to the wisdom necessary to do your life’s work. Yoga is used as the organic metaphor for life experiences. Away from the busyness and routines, a new rhythm arises; A rhythm woven with movement, nurturing and deep connection. Challenge, feel and connect to the wisdom always available and already within you.
Daily practices of mindfulness, meditation and journaling will be easily incorporated beyond the retreat environment. Take home with you the ability to connect amidst the storm of life’s challenges and beauty.
Lodging Options
We have a variety of beautiful lodging options available at the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort:
Shared Triple Dorm Room Spaces: These spaces are sold on a per-person basis and include one bed in a shared triple dorm-style room with a restroom for the three of you to share and your own private closet. Great for solo travelers or groups of friends to stay together.
Queen Treetop Single Suites: These rooms are perfect for the solo traveler that prefers their own space. These rooms are booked for one traveler and feature a queen bed and a private restroom.
Jungle Room Double Suites: The suites are perfect for friends, family, and couples traveling together who prefer a nicer private room and a private restroom. Each suite features two queen beds and sleeps a total of two people. The price to reserve a suite includes the fees for two travelers in total. We do not assign you a roommate with these suites, you are planning to travel with another person in your party.
King Bungalow Deluxe Suites: These suites are designed for couples traveling together and feature a king bed, a private restroom, and a beautiful space to relax together. The price to reserve the suite includes the fees for two travelers in total staying together in the suite.
Queen Bungalow Deluxe Suites: These suites feature two queen beds, a private restroom, and a beautiful space to relax together. The price to reserve the suite includes the fees for two travelers in total staying together in the suite.
Bodhi Villa King Suites: These luxurious suites are designed for couples traveling together and feature a king bed, a private restroom, and a beautiful space to relax together. The price to reserve the suite includes the fees for two travelers in total staying together in the suite.
Bodhi Casitas: These larger spaces are designed to hold either 2, 3 or 4 guests (depending on configuration) and have two separate bedrooms, 1 with a king or queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds or a queen.

Unwind by lounging on your outdoor patio as you hear the sounds of waterfalls in the distance. Study or work in comfort at the large work desk with access to free wireless internet. Reservation is per person - each guest will have their own Queen Bed in this shared FEMALE suite.
Rate is PER GUEST for a twin bed in a two-bedroom casita - Female Only Please - This beautiful casita features two bedrooms, a small dining area, a private restroom, and beautiful outdoor patio space. Your reservation will be for ONE of the Twin beds in the Casita. Due to the nature of the room design, we have reserved this room for our female guests only, please.
Rate is for two guests ($2749/ per person) in a private suite with two queen beds - This unit features two queen beds with dramatic high ceilings, a private restroom, a wet bar filled with local delights, Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, and a laptop-sized safe.
