What People Are Saying
“I finally came across a teacher training that lined up perfectly with everything in my life. When I saw Lauren Rudick’s YTT in Costa Rica I knew the universe was screaming at me to go. I had to listen. So I went. While in Costa Rica I learned so much about yoga and even more about myself. Being three months out of training I still feel a large connection to Santa Teresa and my found girls (a name we gave ourselves) every time I practice. Even if it is just a small memory, it brings so much joy and I hope to hold that with me throughout life. I am now teaching at a local studio and I am continuing my education to teach wounded soldiers and soldiers with PTSD. ” – Kristin Henry, Anchored Yoga
