The tour was great if you spoke Spanish. Our guide fixated on the Spanish group as we were the only English speaking guests. There was a very lack of information shared with us. Our shuttle driver was doing better in answering all our questions and explaining things. Our guide would not sit with us at our hike. Some information of the area and its existence would have been great. We found out by other hikers about the hot chocolate at the top. Perhaps that was in Spanish It was a good day for us as we are not from Ecuador, but lacking in the information area. Would I do this again, yes but hopefully someone who would communicate in all languages As a tour guide myself, it was lacking to detail and attention to our needs and questions

Gabby was extremely helpful and patient from the outset. Before finalizing the itinerary, she spent a lot of time on the phone and on video calls with us to explain the characteristics and options of each activity in detail, answering all our questions and helping to choose the best and most suitable activities for us. Thanks to her, we had an exceptional trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. We visited the Solar Quitsato Museum in Quito, the San Pablo lagoon, the wonderful indigenous market in Otavalo, ascended the Cotopaxi volcano, visited the Quilotoa lagoon, saw the Banos waterfalls, explored the city of Riobamba, saw the Chimborazo volcano, travelled to Alausi, visited Cuenca and the magnificent El Cajas National Park, and finally reached Guayaquil. Throughout this itinerary, Giampiero and Johnny were our reliable and competent guides, leading us safely to these beautiful places. The car was very comfortable, clean, safe and reliable, and our guides were always punctual.

Gabby was wonderful: a smiling guardian angel who was friendly, cordial, thoughtful and attentive to every single detail. She took incredible care of us!

Everything went very well in the Galapagos Islands thanks to Gabbi's valuable suggestions on transfers between islands and excursions to take part in on each one. The trip far exceeded our expectations and we were amazed by the wonders of Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. Ecuador Family Tours is excellent and we highly recommend this agency!
