Her expertise spans counseling, coaching, group facilitation, and retreat leadership, all rooted in a holistic and integrative philosophy that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
Maria holds a Master’s in Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Education, alongside certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner and life coach.
