This is your official invitation to disconnect from the stress, reconnect with your people, and act a little bit out of pocket—in the best way possible. It’s giving childhood nostalgia, grown folks freedom, and pure “I needed this” energy.
Everybody’s invited—me and you, yo’ momma and your cousins too 😎. Bring the RVs, ATVs, tents, floaties, and good energy, because we’re filling this weekend with nonstop vibes, games, and laughter you’ll be talking about all year long.

Can I bring my RV or ATV?
Absolutely! Make sure to purchase an RV space, which includes entry for one person. If you plan to bring an RV or ATV, please email us at callinsickgetaways@gmail.com with the Subject Line: RV Reservation to complete your booking. Don’t forget to bring your own generator and fill up your water tank!

Tips on Renting an RV
Did you know some companies will deliver and set up an RV directly at the campsite for you? These typically cost $100-$150 a night. Make sure they include a generator and fill up the water tank.

Pro Tip: Aim for a Friday morning RV delivery. No extra charges for early drop-off, but YOU must let us know the time! The person renting the RV must be on-site for the walkthrough; Call In Sick Getaways won’t assume liability for this process.
Should I bring my grill?
Yes, feel free to bring your grill! Just be safe and know what you’re doing.
Is food included?
Yes, we have food option package. Snacks and water will be provided throughout the weekend. Three meals (one lunch and two dinners) will be provided by us. Or you can bring your own food and grills or head into the city for meals.
Bring A Bottle Registration
This event is BYOB all weekend long!! But we are asking for you to contribute to the bar that never closes by bringing a bottle with you to registration. This bar will be set up for all guests to drink from it throughout the entire weekend.

Will payment plans be available?
Yes! You can opt for monthly payment plans at checkout. If you'd like specific payment dates, email us with your preferences.

What airport should I fly into?
Dallas, Texas. The closest options are DFW or DAL.
Will there be security?
Yes, we will have armed security on the premises at all times.
Where is it located?
Located in the Dallas area, Terrell, Texas. We’ll send out an email blast with the exact address and a map closer to the event.
Can we bring generators?
Yes! Sharing is caring, cousins.
Is there a refund policy?
No refunds. However, if an extenuating circumstance like a natural disaster or pandemic arises, your ticket will be transferred to the next event.
Are there showers?
Yes, we’ll have multiple covered shower options on the grounds, or feel free to bring your own.
I purchased a ticket but cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance!
What if it rains?
We party rain or shine! This is an outdoor event, and there are no rainchecks. If weather forces us to cancel, your ticket will be transferred to the next Cousin Weekend in September.

My roommate can’t make it—what now?
Trips are transferable to another person for this event only (email us by March 5th). It’s your responsibility to find a replacement and provide the updated information. Refunds will not be given for a roommate's cancellation.
Code of Conduct
Call In Sick Getaways is committed to creating a fun and safe environment for all our cousins. Actions that can lead to removal from Cousin Weekend include:
Irresponsible or unsafe use of alcohol
Any form of harassment (sexual, physical, verbal)
Public urination or defecation outside of restrooms
Endangering, threatening, or making anyone uncomfortable
Damage, vandalism, or theft of property
Any activity that insults or humiliates others
Fighting of any kind
Anyone violating this Code of Conduct may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the campgrounds, wristbands revoked, and law enforcement may be notified. Let’s keep the good vibes flowing and respect everyone!

🔥 Friday, May 14th “Meet & Greet + Inflatable Madness”
Check-in: 10 AM - 6 PM at our campgrounds. Grab your wristband, parking instructions, and an exclusive CIS gift! Then, get ready to kick off the weekend with our Meet & Greet activities. You’ll have time to explore, meet new cousins and get settled before the night’s festivities.
1 PM – 3 PM: Scavenger Hunt or ATV Trail Ride: The hunt is on! Team up for the Scavenger Hunt or bring your own ATV and hit the trails.
4 PM – 6 PM: Water Gun Fight + Lake Vibes: Bring your water guns, or just your good energy.
7 PM – 9 PM: Grab dinner from food trucks or your own grill. Refuel before the night turns up!
9 PM – 11 PM: Meet & Greet Truth or Dare Tent/RV Crawl: This ain’t your typical mixer. Grab your drink and crawl from tent to tent for games, laughs, and maybe a few spicy dares. 🍹🔥
Midnight – 2 AM: Slumber Late Night Party: End the night with pure foolishness and cousin chaos! 😂 Throw on your favorite pajamas, slippers, bonnets, robes, or matching sleepwear and join us for one of the funniest late-night parties of the weekend. Expect good music, games, laughs, snacks, and unforgettable memories with the cousins! 🌙🎉
Saturday, May 15th “Adult Field Day + Pool Party + Camp-Chella Cookout”
9 AM – 11 AM: Breakfast + Stretch: Ease into the day with breakfast and light movement before the competition begins. (We will have light refreshments.)
11 AM – 3 PM: Adult Field Day: It’s game time! Compete in relay races, tug-of-war, and cousin-approved challenges. Teams are co-ed (6–8 players, at least two females). Bring your A-game and rep your team colors proudly!
3 PM – 6 PM: Pool Party After the field day competition, it’s time to cool down! Grab a drink, hit the pool, and enjoy music, floaties, and games. Swimsuits and good energy required! 💦🎶
7 PM – 9 PM — Dinner Break
11 PM – 2 AM: Camp-Chella Cookout Late Night Party: Festival fits, graphic tees, cargo shorts, ripped denim, flannels, cowboy hats, boots, sneakers, bandanas, shades, and all the campfire vibes. Think grown & sexy Coachella meets outdoor cookout energy! ✨🤎
Sunday, May 16th — “Goodbyes
9am-Noon: Pack Up + Goodbyes: Please schedule your RV pick-ups by 10 AM. Everyone must exit the campground by 1 PM. Let’s wrap up the weekend with smiles, hugs, and memories you’ll be talking about all year long
