Crestone is a beautiful, remote, high desert wilderness surrounded by classic Colorado 14-ners, rivers, hot springs, rock climbing, mountain biking, and borders on the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Crestone is also known for its 30 diverse spiritual centers, incredible star gazing, alien sightings, and its beautiful and unique housing community that focuses on building with reclaimed and natural building methods. This retreat takes place at Coyote Mountain Off Grid Outpost, an eco village which features a beautiful Dojo, rainbow train car house, one acre garden, & gorgeous outdoor glamping..

Lydia Sprouts is a multi passionate powerhouse of experienced creativity ranging from artful parenting, flourishing home tending, song craft, & hatha yoga, to ripping mandolin solos, vocal alchemy, accessible music education, artisan event production & ritual plant medicine work.
She brings her 20 years of yoga practice to the foundation of her work, and her family life.
Steward of an off grid 42 acre gnomestead, Coyote Mountain is her wild sanctuary where she cultivates a primal and healing relationship to the land, and nourishes many seekers through retreats, ceremony & classes.
An accomplished musician, Lydia is a veteran of a touring bluegrass band playing alongside acts like Greensky Bluegrass, Railroad Earth and Yonder Mountain String Band. A lifelong learner of music, she continues to deepen and cultivate her relationship to her art through continual education at Rocky Grass Academy, with Porangui and the Music is Medicine Retreat, classes with Marya Stark and her own dedicated practice. She is the producer of the Crestone Music Festival through her non profit Crestone Performances, which buys instruments and private lessons for kids, makes performances accessible in her rural community, and has built an all ages music program.
Her highest excitement is to bring music into every aspect of her life and share that joy with others. Her biggest inspiration lies in shepherding others as they overcome the doubts and insecurities that come with the creative process, and learn to shine. She deeply believes music is for everyone, and that we all are vibrant, magical, powerful beings. Her classes are a place to find your golden self and thrive!
Ali Feeney is originally from New Jersey, but spent a majority of her childhood and adult life in Arizona, aside from a couple year adventure she spent living on Hawaii. In 2021 she made her journey across the country with her 2 little girls, 2 cats and hubby to the South Shore area of Boston where she now resides. She began her yoga journey in Scottsdale Arizona in 2006. She took her first 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2009 at the Southwest Institute of Healing arts which had a strong emphasis on anusara, meditation and yoga nidra. She took her second 200 hour training in 2019 studying under Taylor Wray's Livin in Flow 200 Hour Vinyasa training. She's also studied and certified in restorative yoga, and shakti yoga wheel modalities. She values deepening her studies and is always a student. She is passionate for the healing arts, and is also a Licensed Massage therapist, and Reiki Practitioner. She believes we are all capable of tapping into our own innate healing abilities and that comes through in her creative and inspiring yoga classes. She enjoys playing the singing bowls, chanting mantra, and teaching with energy, allowing you to tap into your own power and magic. She can't wait to meet you and support you on your healing journey with open arms! All humans are always welcome to show up exactly as they are!
Gayle is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Life Coach, and Yoga Instructor, who specializes in meditation-based practices. She grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and after manufacturing years of traveling, attending school, and starting a family she has recently moved to Santa Catalina, Panama. Her certifications include Clinical Hypnotherapy from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ; Communications and Life Mastery Specialist, TimeLine Coach and Trauma Release Specialist, NLP Life Coach, Reiki I and II, and Hypnosis Mastery from Bennett Stellar University in San Diego, California; 200 hour Power Yoga Certification from Corepower Yoga in San Diego, CA; Past Life Regression Practitioner License from SAMHA (The South African Modern Hypnosis Academy) in Cape Town, South Africa; Past Life and Womb Regression Therapist from Good Vibes Hypnosis Center in Dallas, Texas; Certified Member to the Newton Institute for Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy. She is an Internationally Accredited Hypnosis Coach. Her mission is to help you enjoy life free from stress, anxiety, and other common ailments. She promotes a healthy, abundant, and joyous outlook on life.

Creative Soul Yoga Retreat Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that take place between May 16 – June 15, 2025, 50% of funds paid will be refunded,
If cancellation takes place after June 15, 2025, 0% of the funds are refundable.
You are responsible for travel insurance if the event gets cancelled for any reason: natural disaster, state of emergency, illness or otherwise. If you are unable to attend for any reason due to sickness, illness or otherwise, you will not hold Creative Soul Yoga Retreat or any of its hosts or helpers responsible for any expenses incurred upon you for cancelled flights, car rentals, or any additional travel expenses.
