CREATIVE SOUL YOGA RETREATS IS AT IT AGAIN!
We will be gathering in Santa Catalina, Panama December 8-14, 2026. 6 nights in luxurious accommodations right on the beach. Could you ask for anything more?
Imagine setting out on an adventure that is not measured in miles but in depth—into yourself and into the world around you. The journey begins in the stillness of the morning, where the body is invited to move through yoga, each breath a step further into alignment with nature’s rhythm.
As the physical layers soften, you are guided deeper inward with hypnotherapy—a gentle descent beyond the noise of thought, into the landscapes of memory, symbols, and wisdom that live within. Here you meet the quiet truths of your soul, unlocking pathways you may have forgotten but always carried inside.
From these activities, energy begins to stir—**creative energy** rising like sparks in a fire. Colors, ideas, visions, and stories come together. Your hands itch to paint, your voice to sing, your body to move. It is the pulse of life reminding you that creation is your natural state.
Soon the adventure takes form in song, dance, & creative workshops —feet grounding to the earth, hips swaying with the wind, arms reaching for the sky. The voice lifts, carrying prayers, laughter, and release. Movement becomes meditation, music becomes medicine, and together they ignite joy that feels like freedom.
It all takes place in a beautiful place right on the ocean with many water adventures included or available for add ons.
We cannot wait to see you there!
Who will be guiding this retreat?
Gayle is a passionate Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Life Coach, and Yoga Instructor who believes in the power of the subconscious mind to heal, transform, and awaken. Through gentle yet powerful meditation-based practices, she helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom, release emotional baggage, and reclaim the joy that is their birthright.
Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Gayle’s life has been a journey of deep exploration—through travel, education, motherhood, and spiritual awakening. Now living in the serene coastal village of Santa Catalina, Panama, she offers her gifts to a global community, guiding clients into greater freedom, clarity, and self-love.
Gayle is especially passionate about helping others find peace from within—whether they’re struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from their purpose. Her work in hypnotherapy opens a doorway to the subconscious, where lasting change begins. She believes the stories we carry—both from this life and beyond—shape how we experience the world, and through regression therapy, she gently helps people rewrite those stories with compassion and empowerment.
Her diverse training includes:
• Clinical Hypnotherapy – Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Tempe, AZ
• NLP Life Coaching, Trauma Release, TimeLine Therapy, Reiki I & II, and Hypnosis Mastery – Bennett Stellar University, San Diego, CA
• 200-Hour Power Yoga Certification – CorePower Yoga, San Diego, CA
• Past Life Regression Practitioner – South African Modern Hypnosis Academy, Cape Town, South Africa
• Past Life & Womb Regression Therapist – Good Vibes Hypnosis Center, Dallas, TX
• Certified Member – The Newton Institute for Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy
Gayle is an internationally accredited Hypnosis Coach, and her sessions often feel like a sacred journey inward. Whether guiding a client through a past life regression, helping them heal emotional wounds, or leading them through a grounding yoga practice, she holds space with warmth, intuition, and deep respect for the soul’s path.
Her mission is simple yet profound: to help people live with more lightness, authenticity, and joy. She believes healing is not just about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering who you really are.
Ali Feeney is a 500 hour Certified yoga teacher trainer who brings over 15 years of experience in yoga, bodywork, and the healing arts to the Creative Soul Yoga Retreat. Originally from New Jersey, Ali spent most of her life in Arizona—with a soulful stint in Hawai’i—before settling with her family on the South Shore of Boston.
Her yoga journey began in 2006 and deepened with a 200-hour certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2009, with emphasis on Hatha yoga, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. In 2019, she completed a second 200-hour training through Awakening Sol with Taylor Wray, focusing on Vinyasa yoga. Ali is also certified in Restorative Yoga and Shakti Yoga Wheel, bringing a broad range of tools to support nervous system healing and energetic balance. Ali has also completed 300 hours of study in trauma informed Kundalini yoga, Ayurveda, enneagram, and lunar archetypes, which has provided her with a deep understanding of how these practices can help you connect to yourself on a soul level.
A Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, Ali’s classes weave together movement, mantra, singing bowls, and intuitive energy work to help students reconnect with their own inner wisdom and power. Her teaching style is inclusive, soulful, and heart-centered—welcoming all bodies, and all humans exactly as they are.
Ali is honored to be part of your healing journey and can’t wait to share space, breath, and transformation with you. Her deepest hope is that you leave her classes feeling more connected to your body, more grounded in your truth, and more alive in your magic.
