Join Estelle in the ethereal country of Ireland to slow down, immerse yourself in sadhanas, dance with nature and meet your essence. The award-winning Temple House Estate is a stunning mansion located in the region of Sligo, Ireland. It is steeped in history and surrounded by lush green fields and beautiful gardens-the perfect place to relax and recharge.

This retreat is an invitation to come together as creatresses; to celebrate our power, body, beauty, voice and art. Through the potent synergy of meditation, magical conversation, pranayama, yoga, communal circle dance, and intuitive dance, let’s re-ignite and recalibrate our nervous systems, bodies and minds.

The invitation is to experience the transformational power of prana shakti and become fully alive and awake. This trip is meant to be life-changing.

During the week, you will be immersed in:

~ Estelle’s latest teaching methods in breath and creative visualization

~ Taking in some historic goddess sites and getting in touch with nature

~ Large work goddess art session

~ Releasing inhibition through improvisational movement practice in nature

~ An accelerated symbol quest with Estelle

~ Sacred Circle Dance

~ Increasing your life force through studying and embodying different goddesses

~ Cultivating presence, self-compassion, aligning and stepping into your life’s purpose

It is recommended that you have previously completed one of Estelle’s soul connection programs or retreats before considering embarking on this odyssey. Having said that, we welcome any women on their own soul journey, but would encourage you to familiarize yourself with Estelle's Guide to a Magic Life space.

Spaces are VERY limited; there can only be 13 chosen goddesses.

More About Temple House Estate

Nestled in 1,000 acres of parkland, woodland and lake, Temple House is a country house with a difference. Staying here means stepping into history, surrounded by charm and comfort.

It offers guests a truly immersive experience. Wander lakeside trails, explore ancient ruins, or simply relax in the gardens and soak in the tranquility.

  • Tranquil woodland walks

  • Birdwatching and lakeside views

  • Heritage landmarks, including Knights Templar ruins

  • Space for reflection, inspiration, and adventure

Overlooking a 13th-century Knights Templar castle and tranquil lake, Temple House has been home to the Perceval family since 1665. Here, heritage and romance create an unforgettable backdrop.

Hospitality at Temple House is deeply personal. Roderick and Helena welcome guests as friends, sharing their passion for history, nature, and good food. Modified meal arrangements can be made for those with allergies, gluten free requirements or vegetarian/vegan preferences.

We can't wait to share the experience of this exceptional country house with you!

Recommendations

Getting There

~ If there is a chance that you are planning to visit the UK (including Northern Ireland) or have a layover somewhere in the UK, you will need to fill out an application for a UK Visa.

~ It is recommended that you plan to arrive in Dublin on, or before, August 21st in order to make your way to the retreat in Sligo on August 22nd. You never know when a flight is going to be delayed!

~ Estelle and Trista will be travelling by train from Dublin Connolly station to Ballymote (via Sligo MacDiarmada) on August 22nd (timing to be determined closer to the date). We would love if you travelled with us! We will let you know which time we are planning to depart so that you can purchase your own ticket through Ireland Rail and join us on the journey! In 2026 the return fare is 46 Euros.

~ Once at Ballymote, we will have a shuttle pick us up and bring us to the retreat. If you have arrived in Sligo earlier, please be sure to make your way back to the train station for the shuttle (time to be determined).

~ The departure shuttle to the train station from the retreat will be leaving Temple House on August 27th no later than 11:15am (time to be determined based on train schedule closer to the retreat date). If you require an earlier departure, one can be arranged at your own expense.

Miscellaneous

~ Vaccine recommendations are similar to Canada's.

Packing List

~Travel documents (passport, UK visa [if needed], etc.)

~Travel insurance information

~Emergency phone numbers

~Comfortable walking shoes (consider waterproof)

~Rain boots

~A windproof rain jacket

~Sunglasses

~Sunscreen (we have to be prepared for all of the weather options!)

~Water bottle

~Plug adapters (type G)

~Consider an international SIM card that meets your needs

~Basic first aid kit

~Rain poncho (small and easy to throw in a bag for unexpected rain showers!)

~Personal care items

~Insect repellent for midges (think mosquitos that travel in groups!)

~When it comes to clothes, think layers (t-shirts, long-sleeve tops, a fleece, and a cardigan for cool evenings). I love skirts! Consider layering some leggings under a long skirt if that is your style. Use your discretion; weather in Ireland is unpredictable-expect all four seasons each day! Summer weather in Ireland is similar to spring weather in Canada.

~Something comfy for yoga sessions

~Your outfit for our final dinner and photoshoot! Dress in what makes you feel your best when you put it on! There are details and colour inspiration in Day 5 of the Overview section. We have four different options: ivory, blush pink, olive green and mustard yellow!!

~Some travelers have recommended bringing power banks and ear plugs (in case your overnight stay in Dublin requires them-some areas of Dublin can be "lively" after-hours [think downtown Halifax on a Saturday night!]).

Day 4: Visiting the Hill of Uisneach & St. Brigid's Well (August 25th)

-Today we travel by shuttle (1 hr 45 min) to take in a guided tour of the Hill of Uisneach, often described as the sacred center of Ireland (2hr, 3km walk-not strenuous). Deeply connected to the divine feminine, it is associated with powerful goddesses such as Ériu, Banba and Fódla. During Beltane, sacred fires were lit here in honour of renewal, fertility and the life-giving forces personified by these goddesses. We will also visit St. Brigid's well located nearby at the Sacred Springs of Uisneach.

*Depending on scheduling, this tour may be held on one of the other retreat days.

Before our final dinner, we will dress in one of the colours below (ivory, blush pink, olive green or mustard yellow-what colour speaks to you?) for our themed Goddess photoshoot (a favourite activity we hold at all of our international retreats!).
