- City Tour LunchesOn days that we are touring local towns, you will be required to purchase your own lunch.
- Snacks/Light LunchYou will have an opportunity to do some Italian grocery shopping before heading to the retreat if you want some special munchies or items to have for a light lunch on days that we are not on a tour.
- Optional ActivitiesOn one of our "free days" you can choose to do a mountain e-bike tour, hike, Reiki massage, boat tour to the Lake Island, Green Witch Workshop, kayak or SUP at your own expense *subject to change

This retreat was beautifully transformative, above and beyond my wildest expectations. While I did not plan for it I feel I am forever changed. The retreat was located in a breathtaking location, with healthy and whole foods to consume. There was a good mix of exploration, art, yoga, play, and dance. The best part was getting to be vulnerable and share the experience with a group of amazing and supportive women. To top the week off we danced barefoot with our whole being, within the gardens of an Italian villa at dusk...and it was pure magic! ✨

This is my second retreat with Estelle, and they just continue to be more awakening & magical than the last! The retreat location was beautiful, relaxing, and I completely felt taken care of all the time. Every day was well planned & flexible enough to make any necessary changes that come about as the days progressed. With the amazing soul work, lead by Estelle, the connection with all the other women on this retreat will be felt for my lifetime, and I am forever grateful for this amazing experience.

This was my 3rd retreat with Estelle ! All of the three retreats (France, Italy and then this one in Greece, were so incredible). When you share space with someone like Estelle who also is an active participant who says she’s “leaderless” you realize we are all in this world together as women supporting, listening and sharing space. I’ve learned so much from each woman I’ve ever shared space with in a circle.
This inner work is non negotiable to me and I’m so grateful that I get to do it with all of these ladies through Estelle’s guidance. I highly recommend a retreat with Estelle. What a gift !!

This week spent with Estelle and a beautiful group of women was everything I knew I needed, and even things I didn’t know! Estelle led us with goddess studies, breath, yoga, dance, and creativity. Even though she led the retread, she really led us to ourselves in a way that was unique for each of us.
The food, the people, the space, and all the little bits in between were the perfect week to both reset and dive deeper into living a more soulful and fulfilling life, whatever that means for YOU individually, rooted in embodiment!

Having done yoga and workshops with Estelle for several years, it was easy for me to follow her to Italy with full trust. This retreat allowed us to dig deeper into the movement, creativity and soul work she offers day-to-day.
It was everything I expected from Estelle’s fun, intentional and community-based approach, and also pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone in all the best ways. We did yoga, we meditated, we danced, we painted, we connected deeply to one another and ourselves, we studied goddesses, we ate incredible food and we explored.
Estelle has a special talent for gathering women in community and creating spaces that are based on trust and a willingness to explore ourselves as well as witness others. The gifts I have received from this retreat will reverberate into my life long after my fancy olive oil has run out. It was truly the adventure of a lifetime!
