A Women’s Retreat with Estelle Thomson in Italy

Join Estelle for her second retreat in the divine land of Umbria, Italy for a week-long immersion of embodiment practices, art, yoga, play, dance, exploration and contemplation. Let’s dive deep in the study of goddesses and become our own inner-creatresses. The invitation is to experience the transformational power of prana shakti and become fully alive and awake. 

During the week, you will be immersed in: 

~ Estelle’s latest teaching methods in breath and creative visualization. 

~ Watercolour Art session.

~ Releasing inhibition through improvisational movement practice in shaking and dancing. 

~ An accelerated symbol quest with Estelle. 

~ Increasing your life force through studying different goddesses.

~ Cultivating presence, self-compassion, aligning and stepping into your life’s purpose. 

~ Three local tours in stunning heritage villages; this year we will be visiting Castiglione del Lago, Perugia and Montepulciano.

~ The Italian ways of life, from living and embracing the Olive Farm, food and village activities. This trip is meant to be life-changing.

The last day to enjoy early bird pricing is November 1, 2024! Prices will be increasing by $500USD after that day.

~ It is recommended that you plan to arrive in Rome on, or before, May 24th in order to make your shuttle from the Rome airport to the retreat on May 25th. 

~ Bring some shoes that are comfortable to wear walking for our city tours; you may also opt to stay at the retreat and and enjoy the poolside views!

• 85% refund when requested six months before the event.
• 50% refund when requested three months before the event.
• No refund when requested after the three month mark.
