Technically there is no roommate match for this trip. However, we like to keep an eye out for our Crew. Book your Single Room and write in the comments that you'd like us to check for possible roommates. If we are able to find a match then we can change you to double occupancy so you can save. If not, you will just keep your original booking. 

While you can cancel your trip at any time, the deposit and all payments are non-refundable. In order to protect your trip, you will need to purchase travel insurance. 

Travel insurance protects your nonrefundable trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as your extreme weather, flight getting cancelled/delayed, miss connection or your baggage getting lost. The second reason to purchase insurance is the medical coverage. Most US insurance companies do not cover any medical issues, treatment or hospitalization that happens overseas or at sea. 

It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance within 7 days of booking your nonrefundable trip. A great site to use is Squaremouth.com which compares policies from several top-rated companies. There are policies as low as $20 and make sure to include the cost of your flight (if applicable) in your estimated coverage as well. Please note: Cancel for any reason trip cancellation will be higher but is highly recommended.

A nonrefundable deposit is due to book this trip. Prices are per person and subject to change until the deposit is paid for all persons in the room. The remaining balance is due no later than January 5, 2024. We look forward to welcoming you to the CREW!
