In our modern day life of constant busyness, data and information, it is crucial to take time to slow down and fill the reserves. Because we are all going through something, be it the invisible load of juggling it all, stress at work, aging parents, a broken heart, grief or past trauma - no one is immune to the stresses and strains of life.
This October you are invited to join me for a yoga retreat in Croatia with daily nourishing yoga, fresh nutritious meals, opportunities to disconnect, connect, explore, and most importantly unwind from it all. Come solo or share this weekend away with a loved one. All levels are welcome.
This retreat is designed to alleviate stress, inspire connection, and nourish the mind, body, and soul. Our physical practice will focus on releasing tension and awakening energy to foster balance within. We will replenish with yoga poses, breath work, meditation and reset our souls.

Our home for 4 days is a 5 star hotel next to the Adriatic sea surrounded by pine trees and the Biokovo mountain range, the 2nd highest mountain range in Croatia. Set in a peaceful setting close enough to the town, the hotel is less than 100 m from the beach with spa and gym facilities. If you enjoy a early a morning scroll or run, the promenade is a great place to take it all in while winding round the coast. Its a quiet sanctuary in the middle of nature with a beautiful beach and transparent waters.
