For card payments, a card fee from your card provider will be added, approximately 1.9–3.5% depending on the provider. If you wish to avoid the card fee, we kindly ask you to pay via SEPA (bank transfer). If you wish to make the payment via bank transfer, please select “EUR” as the currency and then proceed with a SEPA payment.

Please note that reservations/deposits & final payments are non-refundable. Your spot can be transferred free of charge to another paying traveler up until the date of the trip.

In case of illness or other impediments, we refer you to your insurance company and will provide all necessary documentation so that you can apply for reimbursement through your travel insurance.
