I am so excited to announce the Crowned with Confidence Self Love Retreat!

If you landed on this page, chances are it was for a reason. This self love retreat is all about releasing limited beliefs and falling back in love with your life. This is so much more than a "vacation." This will be a chance for you to rediscover yourself and make this your best year ever!

So often we struggle with taking time for ourselves. When we take time for ourselves, we are able to give from a place of overflow. You will leave this retreat feeling rejuvenated and will gain clarity on your next steps.

We are going to be staying at a beautiful hotel and will be eating at restaurants, having a photoshoot, going parasailing, private yoga session, self love workshops/group coaching, professional massage, and exploring certain parts of Cape Cod & more!

The hotel we are staying at has an award winning restaurant, heated pool, hot tub, gift shop, beautiful garden and more.

There will be walking at times up to 15 minutes. This retreat will have low to moderate levels of activity.

This will be an opportunity for you to make lifelong friends. Before the retreat, I am going to have a pre-retreat zoom party so that everyone can meet one another. On previous retreats, the ladies came as strangers but left as good friends. 

There are both single and shared rooms. I welcome you to invite your friends, adult daughters or anyone who you think would benefit from this self love retreat. 

Everything will be taken care of from the moment you arrive to the hotel. For four days, you will not have to worry about cleaning, schedules, or anything. You will wake up to beauty and luxury. 

I am a doctoral level clinician and have my doctorate in clinical psychology and certified mindset coach. I have worked with clients all over the world and have helped women create a life by design.
