About your trip

7 Days | Scotland | Yoga, History & Highland Magic

Journey back in time to the old countryside and misty Highlands of Scotland. Ground yourself in daily yoga practice, surrounded by ancient landscapes, castles, and the raw beauty of the Scottish soul. From the historic streets of St. Andrews to the legendary town of Inverness, this is a spiritual and cultural immersion for body, mind, and heart.

A Privately Curated Journey

Where time slows down, the soul stirs, and stories live in stones. Stay in a private countryside manor in the kingdom of Fife, with fireside meals curated by the beloved Kilted Caterer. Explore ancient villages and mystic ruins, and breathe deep in wild Highland air as we weave yoga, poetry, and the past together.

Whether you're a seeker of stillness, a lover of lore, or a traveler with a wild heart-this retreat is for you!

Our Stay in Fife: Kinloch Manor

Kinloch Manor is an excellent representation of an 1800s Scottish Baronial Mansion. It was built by Sir Robert Lorrimer in 1796. He was a highly respected and sought after Scottish architect of the time. The home has been in the Emler family since 2011. Professor and Mrs. Emler currently reside in the home with their cat, Miss Cat

The peaceful grounds allow for meditative mornings with wild deer, often seen nibbling on blackberry bushes in the front lawn or walking along the small loch situated at the beginning of the long driveway.  The surrounding pastures house sheep and dairy cows.

Dr. Kate Emler Massoudian will be in residence at Kinloch Manor during the time of the retreat. She is a California based gynecologist who specializes in menopause. Interested clients will be able to consult with Dr. Massoudian in an hour long discussion regarding women's health & midlife changes.

Our Stay in Inverness: Laird's Lodge

Historic Setting: Lairds Lodge Inverness is a 4-star villa located in Inverness, housed in a historic building. The property offers spacious accommodations with eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Exceptional Facilities: Guests can enjoy a sun terrace, garden, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Additional amenities include a lounge, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, shared kitchen, laundry service, outdoor seating area, picnic area, family rooms, games room, and barbecue.
