Today we will wake up, and start the day with a private yoga class. Breakfast will be served for the group, followed by a day of free time. Massages or spa services can be booked, mini photo shoots can take place for those interested, or visit Ubud downtown, just a few minutes away.  After a long travel to Bali, take today to refresh and bond with the other guests. 

Opening ceremony will take place tonight where we will join as a group, set intentions for the retreat, meditate, and enjoy the calming energy of group Reiki. After opening ceremony, join us for a special Balinese Cultural Dinner.

We will grab an early breakfast at the resort, before heading to the coast for a beach day. We will visit a white sand beach for a private beach experience. Lunch is not included, but there are many very affordable options at the beach.

We will come back to the resort in time for dinner, followed by a sound healing experience. *No Yoga today, due to the full day of travel*

Start your day with morning yoga, followed by breakfast. Next we will take a short hike to an ancient temple site where we will be showered by a holy spring waterfall and receive a private blessing by a Balinese priest. We will hike back down, and head back to the resort where we will have lunch followed by a little downtime. 

After taking a rest we will join for a group session, guided meditation, and reiki session before sharing a meal together for dinner.

Start your day with our morning Yoga practice, and then enjoy a completely free day to spend as you choose. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided at the resort; but feel free to explore off resort if you would like.

Carolyn will be going to an elephant sanctuary this day, and all guests interested are welcome to add on this optional activity. 

Enjoy your second itinerary free day to spend your vacation as you please. Morning yoga practice, and all three meals will still be offered. Take advantage of the resorts beautiful spa, or take a trip to the Monkey Forest! The day is yours! 

For our last full day together we will start with our morning yoga practice, followed by breakfast and a short rest period. Next meet for our last group session and lunch. Recharge and socialize before our last guided meditation, and dinner. Once the sun goes down our retreat will symbolically close with a traditional Balinese fire ceremony.
