Joy is our birthright. From the day we make our debut earthside, it is already within us. However, as we journey from infant to adulthood, we often lose sight of that very thing that’s so intrinsic to our being. This often results from past conditionings, traumas, negative thoughts and patterns. 

Join us in the tropical paradise of Belize, for a 6 day, 5 night women’s wellness retreat experience led by Jaimee Ratliff, LeNaya Smith Crawford & Lauren Williams: a dynamic trio of spiritual changemakers, who’ll help you reawaken and cultivate even more joy in your life through soulful, immersive experiences for your complete well-being.

Together we’ll explore the healing modalities of yoga, meditation & mindfulness, breathwork and sound: bringing us back to our purest state of joy!

Nestled south of Mexico, east of Guatemala and next to the Caribbean Sea, Belize is an untouched paradise with an abundance of wildlife – both on land and in the sea. From its time as a part of the Maya civilization to its role in the British Empire, Belize has a rich cultural heritage reflected in the diverse people who now call it home.

Our Resort is located on the beautiful Maya Beach in the Placencia Peninsula, a verdant, 18-mile long isthmus in southern Belize poised near the largest barrier reef in the western hemisphere and near the country’s extensive network of protected areas and parks. Each day you can watch the sun rise over the Caribbean and set over the Maya Mountains. Enjoy the on-site amenities; swim-up bar, spacious pool, restaurants, an overwater bar, marina, and more.

Guests are welcome to use the complimentary scheduled transportation to Placencia village to take in the arts and crafts and enjoy its bars and restaurants.

For those seeking relaxation, calming beaches run the length of the peninsula. If you're looking to explore, the reef offers some of the best diving in the country or head inland to one of the many national parks and forest preserves. In between, in Placencia lagoon, you may even see a manatee. 

A $500 USD Non Refundable deposit will secure your spot on the retreat or you may choose to pay in full. The remaining balance is due December 3, 2021 (a reminder will be sent two weeks prior to the due date). Monthly payment plans are also available - please refer to FAQ for more information. Failure to make payment by December 19, 2021  will forfeit your spot on the retreat. 

Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so.  When it is time to book your flight, you will be provided with instructions on when to arrive along with travel agent details to assist you with your flight booking (or you may book your flight on your own). 

All deposits & payments are non refundable. Payments will only be refunded if the trip is canceled due to low enrolment.  

1. Who can attend this retreat?

Our retreats are for everyone! It doesn't matter what your age, gender, race, weight, height, flexibility and level of experience is - the practice of yoga is for every single being.  New to yoga? We all have to start somewhere and retreats are the perfect space to start and/or grow your practice. Don't worry about how advanced others may be and remember this journey is yours, take all the time and be patient with yourself. If you're new, let us know so we can make sure our teachers are prepped to assist you. 

2. I've never travelled before and I don't have anyone to go with. Can I come alone?

Yes!! Before you go, we are here to guide you and get you prepared as much as possible for this retreat and travel experience. With us, you're never alone! We set up a group chat to communicate with one week prior to the retreat to check in and update each other as you start your travel from where ever you may be. We'll pair you up with a roommate, who will most likely end up being a lifelong friend.  You may come alone, but you'll end up leaving with a community of like minded people who will forever be connected through this experience. 

3. What do I need to pack?

30 days before your retreat, we'll send you a guide of what to pack and bring. 

4. What type of travel insurance do I need and why is it mandatory?

Your insurance will need to cover emergency medical and trip cancellation/interruption. This is to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances either before or on your retreat. 

5. Do you offer monthly payment plans?

Yes! Once you've paid the deposit amount, the remainder of your balance can be split and paid by the remaining months left until the full balance is due.  For example, if the total retreat is $2,300 USD and you pay your deposit in November - starting from December to April (5 months) you will pay a monthly fee of $360 USD.
