Join Cole Chance and Jen Hilman for an unforgettable getaway deep in the heart of Bali. We will spend 7 days and 6 nights at Bali Mountain Retreat, situated in the lush jungle at the foot of Mt. Batukaru, one of Bali's oldest (dormant!) volcanoes. This magical venue provides us the perfect space to unplug from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives and get reconnected to what is most important.
We will be exploring the fundamentals of Yoga as a Self practice, Therapeutic Acro Yoga as a shared, partner practice, and Thai Yoga Massage as a practice of giving and receiving. These playful, interactive modalities and intentional activities give us an opportunity to deepen our connection and relationships on every level.
The true meaning of Namaste is "I SEE YOU". During this week in a secluded natural oasis, we will cultivate and rekindle the compassion and perspective to be able to recognize the light in ourselves and others. We are so excited to create, share, and experience this sacred journey with you!

Jen and Cole met in the fall of 2014 and fell in love almost immediately! With shared backgrounds in yoga, video, Thai massage and a mutual passion for international travel, it’s as if the pair were destined to come together from the start. They began their collaborative work in 2015 when Cole joined Jen to co-teach the 2015 Integral Travel advanced Thai Yoga Massage training program. Since then, the two have had various opportunities to teach domestically and abroad and look forward to sharing their unique perspectives with you in this week long immersion.
