There will be a $300 DEPOSIT required at booking (Non- Refundable After 24hours)

There will also be an option to pay all up-front. Or payment plan packages with 6 installments up until 30 days before trip start date.

PACKAGE OPTIONS:

Double Occupancy: This is the price for 1 traveler. Double occupancy means that you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender. If you wish to request a specific roommate you can let us know at anytime by email hi@believersbeyondborders.com

Single Occupancy: You can ADD the single occupancy option at the time of booking if you do not want a roommate. 

CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

You are able to cancel your trip for a full refund (minus the deposit) up to 90 days before the trip. 

Cancellations made 90 days or less of the scheduled Trip start date: are subject to a

100% charge -of the total amount traveler has paid.
