The price listed is per traveler, based on two people sharing a room. If you're traveling solo, you'll be paired with a same-gender roommate, and matched with someone we feel you'll get along greatly with based on the answers in your Roommate Matching Form. If you have a preferred roommate please include your request in the comments section of your Roommate Matching Form.

Single Occupancy

This is the price for 1 traveler in a room with a king/queen bed. Single occupancy is limited and based on availability. If you see that it is sold out on the site, please e-mail us to confirm if we can open a spot just for you. 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

To secure the best accommodations, partners, and experiences, we plan and pay for all trips months in advance. For this reason, all cancellations will be refunded in a form of a travel credit to join another bucket list destination with TWT. 

You are able to cancel your trip for a full credit refund up to 60 days before the trip (minus deposit)

Cancellations made between 30 - 60 days before departure will receive a 50% credit refund of all payments made. All credits are redeemable for 1 year, however, the trip does not need to be completed within 1 year. 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are not eligible for a credit refund.

If you fail to pay a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50. That allows you an additional 7 day extension to complete your payment. 

The last installment must be completed on time and cannot be extended by any means.

CANCELLATIONS ON BEHALF OF TWT

This tour will only depart if there is a minimum of 6 travelers booked. Please ensure that the flights that you purchase have full refundable travel insurance included. If this tour has to be cancelled for this reason, we will provide a full refund in a form of a trip credit, including the non-refundable deposit.  

Welcome to Peru! Today you'll touch down in Cuzco, the heart of the Incan Empire, where history meets vibrant culture. With its cobblestone streets, lively plazas, and breathtaking Andean views, this city is the perfect start to your South American journey.

Tonight, we’ll get together for a 3-course luxury welcome dinner and indulge in Peru’s best flavors at Tunupa, known for their live folklore shows showcasing traditional dances, music, & more!

Discover Cusco’s rich history on a guided city tour, exploring its iconic plazas, Incan ruins, and colonial landmarks. Then, step into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll master Peruvian favorites like lomo saltado, causa rellena, and fresh ceviche.

Wrap up the day at a local alpaca farm, where you’ll feed and interact with these fluffy Andean icons. Take some fun photos, learn about alpaca wool production, and pick up a cozy souvenir to bring home!

Today, choose your own adventure! Thrill or Trek?

Option 1: The World’s Longest Zip Line – Soar over breathtaking Andean landscapes on the "The Eye of The Jaguar" an adrenaline-pumping ride with unbeatable views. (1.3 miles long!)

Option 2: Hike Rainbow Mountain – Trek to the stunning Rainbow Mountain and witness its vibrant, mineral-rich colors. A challenging but rewarding hike, this is a must for nature lovers.

Whichever you choose, it’s an unforgettable day in the Peruvian Andes!

Today we're exploring the Andean countryside on an ATV tour, riding through scenic valleys and traditional villages. We'll stop at Moray, a fascinating Incan site with circular terraces once used for farming experiments. Then, visit the Maras salt mines, where thousands of salt pools create a striking, unique landscape. A perfect mix of adventure and history.

Today's the day you've been waiting for! Enjoy a beautiful panoramic train ride to Machu Picchu, 1 of the 7 wonders of the World and one of earth's most iconic landmarks. Sit back and take in stunning views of the Sacred Valley, passing through lush forests, rivers, and mountains. Once you arrive, prepare to explore the ancient Inca citadel with a guided tour, uncovering its fascinating history and incredible architecture. 

Enjoy our last full day together getting your last bit of shopping in at one of Cusco's many colorful artisan markets, rest and relax at one of their many affordable yet luxury spa's, or eat your way through the town! Today is all about resetting after a long week of exploring. 

In the evening, we'll be wrapping up an incredible time abroad with a luxury farewell dinner to recap an adventurous week with strangers now turned to friends! 

As the trip comes to an end, you’re heading home with more than just incredible memories—you’re leaving with a new travel family. From exploring ancient sites to sharing meals and laughs, this week has been one for the books. Private transportation will take you to the airport, but this isn’t the end—just the start of more adventures with people who are also down for thrill seeking experiences around the world.
