Your feet are off the ground, there is a soft breeze on your face and sunshine warms your back. Your body is balanced, the pedaling becomes rhythmic; meditative, your mind settles, your heart smiles. You feel your senses light up as you peddle through the puddles or speed down the hills. This is therapy. Bicycle Therapy.
Join DeEtta and Crystal, local guide and Yoga Therapist. Nourish your mind and body before we get on our bikes (RAIN OR SHINE) to explore the countryside of Nova Scotia. The trails are flat with some rolling hills, suitable for all levels, with an average of 23-30 kilometers (15-18 miles.) We will practice and ride most mornings with free time in the afternoon plus one longer ride with a picnic lunch at a local beach. Mindful Morning Yoga may include Therapeutic Bicycling Tips, Chair Yoga or Outdoor Yoga. Two evening yoga classes will include , Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra for Self Compassion at a local yoga studio.
We'll have just the right amount of active relaxation on our bikes, just the right amount of exploring the local culture and just the right amount of resting, restoring, and reconnecting to our selves.
Meet new friends, smile from your heart and take home the glimmers of Bicycle Therapy.
Explore the trails, food and history of beautiful Nova Scotia, a province located in Eastern Canada.
