Sacred geometry is considered an ancient science that explores and explains the energy patterns that create and unify all things and reveals the precise way that the energy of creation organizes itself. It is said that every natural pattern of growth or movement comes back to one or more geometric shapes.

I had a student say after a WildCore™ class one time that she felt like all of the choreography was  like dancing sacred geometry.  I too feel this way, so why not take it a step further and bring in the power of the triangle, the freedom of infinity, the cycles of the wheel, the flow of the wave and the expanding spiral. So many of these symbols have power on their own and as we move with them we can sense the interconnection within our own bodies and that to the ancient science and patterns of life. 

Each class will focus on a particular geometrical pattern, so we can learn about it's qualities, explore the energies of it's shape both within our bodies and the space that surrounds us.
Get ready for an educational, yet healing journey of dancing as sacred geometry. Opening ourselves to new levels of awakening consciousness through movement of the body.
