'Dancing the Essence of Archetypes' for Healing Play and Power.
Inspired from the book "The Four-Fold Way" by Angeles Arrien Ph.D, we will explore the empowerment tools of the *Healer *Visionary * Warrior and *Teacher Archetypes that can be activated for healing, play and power. Some of the tools we will use are dancing, storytelling, silence and ceremony.
This retreat falls on a New Moon, just after the Fall Equinox when day and night are in balance. It is this seasonal shift that inspires a retreat, so we may synchronize with the rhythms of the earth and tap the healing essence of these archetypes.
WildCore™ is a dance based movement form that blends choreography, conscious dance, breath-work and belonging. The style leads the dancer on a path of untamed self-discovering, healing and expression.
The workshop begins on Friday evening September 27th at 5:00 pm
Please arrive between 4:00-4:30 pm
Ends Sunday September 29th at 12:00 pm

The Eureka Center has lofts within the Garden House, which is a sleeping bag option. The center does have cozy mats, you will need to bring all other sleeping gear. You will be sharing this space with at least 2-3 other women. This price includes instruction, meals and loft accommodations.
The bunkhouse has 4 beds, but I am limiting it to 2 people so there is enough room to spread out. This is a great option if you plan to attend the retreat with a friend or family member. There is a heater in the space too. This price includes instruction, meals and Bunkhouse accommodations.
There are 3 private bedrooms available in the main house. These are great options for those ladies that want more space to themselves and to sleep in a cozy bed. This price includes instruction, meals and private bedroom accommodations.
