This committed series with Brietta Leader is designed for:

with an optional 3 hour culmination workshop on a Saturday  Date TBA.

Monday’s and Wednesday’s 4:15-5:15 pm 

The giving nature of women is an amazing super power, but at what cost? The dance of reciprocity reminds us to engage in sacred giving and receiving. Sometimes we learn to do just one side, which leaves us out of balance, drained or with a feeling of lack. Through the WildCore: OM (on the mat) practice we will awaken our inner healer, which reminds us to stay centered on the intelligence of our hearts and improve the flow of our relationship to both our inner & outer resources. Ultimately, expanding our capacity to love.

Movement:

We will move in rhythmic sequences designed with music that inspires expression. Toning the body with creative calisthenics, opening our joints and lengthening our muscles with fluid yoga and dance blends performed on a yoga mat.

Journaling:

The optional journaling session will provide an opportunity for you to really explore your relationship with reciprocity. Each week Brietta will provide 2-3 journal inquiries for you to expand on in your own timing. There will be a platform provided for private sharing and discussion on Podia.

Art Integration:

The art integration is an optional part of this series that can facilitate more expression and playfulness. There will be three main collage projects throughout the six week series.
