WildCore™''s theme for February is "Dancing with Your Inner Teacher"
Over the next four months WildCore™ is going to call on the book "The Four Fold Way" by Angeles Arrien Ph.D as inspiration. This book works with four main archetypes that have the deepest mythic roots within humanity. They are the Warrior, Healer, Visionary and Teacher. As we tap into the wisdom of these archetypes, we will create harmony within our bodies and environment. It may be fun to get the book to read along as we awaken these archetypes.

This month we will be focusing on activating our inner Teacher Archetype. The principle that guides the teacher is to be open to outcome, not attached to outcome. The main practice is to develop a deep relationship to trust, which becomes a container for wisdom to grow. As a movement teacher and entrepreneur of the healing arts for over 20 years, I have developed a huge container of trust as a resource for my ongoing devotion to teach others how to access their expressive body. The modalities that I have offered have always been just outside of the main stream's comfort zone, so I have lots of experience dealing with trickster energy, being comfortable with uncertainty and not being attached to certain outcomes. This has not been an easy road, but I can attest that so much wisdom comes when we can let go of the banks of the river and 'flow'. There is so much more creativity and possibility that arises and our need to control softens and magic happens. I look forward to dancing with these themes and deepening our relationship to our inner teacher.

You are so in the groove! Your ready to discover the wisdom of your inner teacher! You plan to dance a lot!!! This is for 3 times a week! There will be 11 classes in February. This price makes each class. I will be out of town on the 28th. If you choose to take this class with Alba it will be within March's registration.

You have a steady WildCore practice and you would love a one-on-one session with Brietta to have extra support in finding your Teacher this month. This would be a one hour zoom call that would include sharing, discovering, dancing and healing to support you in a deeper understanding of your journey.
