Dancing with our Inner Garden is one of my favorite metaphors to work with and here it is again! This theme offers us a chance to really mulch what is no longer needed, prepare the soil, gain clarity on what seeds we are ready to nurture and begin to grow and flourish. The body and the dance floor are the best spaces to explore the metaphor of the garden, as it creatively informs and enriches our inner life.
Week One: Preparing the soil and gaining clarity on our seeds.
Week Two: Roots~ Nourishing exercises, learning to source from the earth
Week Three: Stem~ Creating core integrity, learning about the bandhas
Week Four: Leaves & Blossom~ Unfolding from a deeper source of expression, Intuition

You are so into creating a WildCore practice each day, but the budget is tight!! Or you think you can only attend one class per week.

You are so in the groove! Your soil is nice and fertile, the seeds are clear and you are ready to dance a lot!!! This is for 3 times a week!
You have a steady WildCore practice and you would love a one-on-one session with Brietta to support your thriving inner garden. This would be a one hour zoom call that would include sharing, discovering, dancing and healing to support you in a deeper understanding of your journey.
You plan to attend class 3 times a week and some noon WildCore: OM( On The mat)
