      Itinerary

      Day 1
      Arrive Lancsater, PA

Our travels take us to the Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Our first stop is at the historic Lititz Springs Inn & Spa, where lunch is served. Built in 1764 and originally named The Zum Anker, later the Lititz Springs Hotel. In 1930, it became the General Sutter Inn,  and recently a change to the Lititz Springs Inn and Spa. You will be entertained with the history of the building during your lunch. After, we depart for Lancaster, arriving at The Cork Factory Hotel, our historic accommodations for the next two nights. This 19th Century building once housed the historic Armstrong Cork and Kerr Glass Companies. There is time to freshen up before our private wine, cheese and paint party hosted by our instructor from Creatives by Michelle. While your masterpiece is drying, sit back and enjoy dinner. (L,D)

It was really wonderful the tour and the Culinary institute. Disappointed at the FDR library and Museum... cafe and gift shop not open

Good value. Accommodations and meals were good, and the tour guides (Loretta and local guide) and bus driver were excellent (van driver from RI to CT, not so much). Itinerary was full and interesting and there was still plenty of time to explore on your own.

There were many highlights to this tour that were unexpected (even though on the itinerary!) Lunch at Parliament House was fabulous as we had amazing food and got to see the inside of this beautiful building. We got to see lots of the old town and the tour of Castle Frontignac was outstanding. Loretta the guide from TofD was very caring with some of the more frail guests. The Ice Hotel was well worth a visit. Our VIP tickets for the parade gave us a fantastic view and we had a fabulous time. I thought the local guide could have spent a lot less time talking about history and more about Quebec today.

Quebec City is amazing! We had an excellent time. The highlight was the Canadian tour guide that we met upon arrival and showed us the different sites. He was amazing. The Tours Of Distinction guide was disorganized and not engaged. She was helpful at times but could have much better.
