We had a fantastic time. Given that we found them online we weren't sure. But Samuel could not have been more professional and accommodating in booking our two day trips out of Quito. The first day we went to Otavalo Market and the surroundings including Cuicocha crater. Our guide Patricio was knowledgeable, warm, engaging and everything we could have hoped. It was a magical day. Our second day we went to the Mindo cloud forest. Patricio was not available so we had a younger, less experienced guide. He did not have as much information to share but he was very professional and ended up bringing us to a very special hostel for dinner which led to a much later night than expected and he never complained. Indeed, we left two water bottles in his van and he brought them back to our hotel the next day of his own volition. Very kind! Overall a great experience and I recommend this agency very highly.
