This trip exceeded my expectations. There are very few words that come to mind when trying to describe my experience. It was very Magical and surreal. The venue was perfect, rooms and food impeccable. Our facilitators from Behold were amazing, experience and knowledgeable and took good care of us. This retreat has been an absolute life shifting experience. Among the many gifts Behold was able to provide us with during this journey, the greatest was our remarkable team of facilitators who gently held us, literally and figuratively, from the start of the experience to the end and beyond. Alaya, Sara and Miguel were able to weave their incredibly unique and intuitive talents together to seamlessly create an impenetrable atmosphere of love, safety, security, wisdom, and trust. This, when added to the chemistry and magic of the group itself, is something I can only dream of experiencing again in this lifetime. We came together as complete strangers and immediately bonded through lovingly holding space for each of our deeply personal journeys across our shared time together. This profoundly supportive atmosphere was held physically in place by the peaceful oasis that we were so fortunate to have as our accommodation. The rooms were comfortable, the shared eating space became it's own type of group sanctuary, and the sacred spaces where we shared our ceremonies and mind/body practices all added to this wholly beautiful and challenging experience. Finally, and from the absolute bottom of my heart, I cannot express the depth of my gratitude for the staff running the retreat centre. The space was always clean and welcoming, the quality of the food is something I continue to fantasize about, and the staff's ability to navigate their important work whilst allowing the space for us to dive into our intensely personal experiences are all parts of the journey I am so grateful for and in awe of. Five stars is not a large enough scale to rate this experience on. I am profoundly thankful for the incredible souls I was able to share this journey with, for the incredible souls that guided us through it, for the incredible souls who kept the space we needed for this journey running so peacefully, and for Behold Retreats for providing the incredible alchemy needed for such a life altering experience to happen.
