With dozens of world-renowned hiking trails, gorgeous pink sunrises, a transformative sound bath, and several yoga classes that integrate pranayama and meditation, you'll cultivate love and spaciousness as you tune into nature while tuning into yourself. This is a down-to-earth retreat for those who want the grounding experience of being engulfed by the healing desert and surrounded by ancient rock formations.

Practice yoga in a beautiful hardwood floor yoga studio where mats, blankets, straps, and bolsters are all provided. The yoga classes will be a vinyasa (linking movement with the breath), as well as yin/restorative (a gentle practice with longer holds - all poses on the ground).
The creatively-sequenced classes will incorporate pranayama (breathing), strengthening, stretching, energizing, and meditation. In addition, there will be several workshops (arm balance, handstands, myofascial release) and lectures as well as tarot reading and succulent crafting. You will experience a safe and nurturing space, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized.
*** Thinking you're not "advanced" enough to attend yet? Think again. It doesn’t matter how long you have been practicing yoga, ALL our classes and workshops are for all levels: beginners as well as very experienced practitioners and even instructors. We start all of our workshops at the beginner level and work up throughout the session allowing students to step off the train and go back to the basics whenever they'd like. We offer a little bit of everything with nearly 20 years of combined experience of studying human anatomy/nutrition and nearly 1000 hours of yoga teaching & trainings from Thailand, India, Germany, and the US.
The Cactus Moon Retreat Center is an oasis on 2.5 acres of stunning desert with all the modern amenities. Located only 30 minutes away from Palm Springs airport right outside Joshua Tree National Park, you will feel like you’re on another planet when you arrive.

Ground Transportation
There are buses, taxis, and Lyfts from Palm Springs to Yucca Valley. Otherwise, you can drive yourself (or better yet, carpool!) We’ll have you fill out a form closer to the event to sign up for carpools. We will carpool to activities during the retreat (ie. sound bath and hiking in joshua tree).
Retreat Pricing: All prices are per person and include retreat costs only; they do not include airfare, ground transportation, nor travel insurance.
Deposit: Reserve your spot with a non-refundable $300 deposit per person.
Retreat Payment: Monthly payment plans are available! Payment can only be made by credit/debit card. BnF will charge the retreat balance in full two months prior to departure (JANUARY 27, 2019) using the card on file. If full payment is not received by two months prior to Retreat Start Date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and fill your spot. We will make every effort to avoid this situation by contacting you prior to and on the day of the balance due date.
