Join Taylor as she leads you through 4 days of yoga, meditation, and wellness in beautiful Cactus Moon Retreat Center in Joshua Tree National Park. Taylor will lead you through four days + three nights of relaxation as you practice mindfulness, intention setting, pranayama, yoga, and movement surrounded by the quite desert.
Immerse yourself in nature as you explore different techniques and approaches to asana, meditation, and breath-work while working on the inner dialogue between your physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
This week is designed to help you get back to yourself, to take what you need in order to come back home to yourself - your body + your mind.
Participant will share a queen bed with one (1) other person with shared bathroom
Participant will have their own twin bed in shared room w/ shared bathroom
Participant will have their own full sized bed in a private room w/ shared bathroom
