Taylor began teaching in 2015 and since has traveled the world in pursuit of further learning, experiences, and education. Taylor combines both Vinyasa and Hatha principles and teaches with an emphasis on alignment, physical adjustments, breath work, personal measure, patterns, and knowing ones framework. Her classes are more than just the physical asana; they incorporate pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy and are sure to nourish, strengthen and align body and mind.
