Note: Activities programming changes throughout the year, often without notice, is subject to weather conditions and minimum room category requirement, and may require advance registration. All fitness facilities are limiting occupancy in accordance with local laws. 

IMPORTANT:

1. Non Refundable Deposit: $200 due by November  17, 2023 or until rooms are sold out.

2. Final Payment Date: May 1, 2024

3. Payment plans must be followed and upheld or your room may be cancelled with no refund of deposit.

4. Final Date to cancel trip in order to receive a refund, minus non refundable deposit: April 28, 2024. You would lose your $200 deposit and a $50 cancellation fee. All other monies will be refunded.

5. Name Change fee: $50, if you change roommates after April 28th, a $50 name change fee will be added to booking. These extra charges are from the resort, not Posh Destinations and Travel.

6. If a roommate cancels, a single room may be an option if there is availability.  You may replace your roommate with a $50 name change fee. Single rooms are double the price.

Each traveler must submit flight information to Brandi 3 weeks prior to our departure so transfer arrangements can be made.
