• Book each guest for their desired room based on availability

• Provide you with group updates of your registered and deposited guests if needed
• Send your registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel accommodations
• Book a group flight if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight or contacting us

• Host you and your guest while away (optional)

First off, congratulations on your engagement!

• Be the middle person between you and the resort 
• Answer any questions you may have pertaining to your special day
• Search and lock in the best group hotel/resort rate for you and your guest
• Create and manage a webpage and payment page with detailed information on the accommodations and travel options
• Book each guest for their desired room based on availability
• Accept payments online and via telephone and provide balance updates & receipts
• Coordinate the roundtrip airport transfers for each guest who book their hotel accommodations with us
• Provide you with group updates of your registered and deposited guests if needed
• Send your registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel accommodations
• Book a group flight if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight or contacting us

• Host you and your guest during the wedding and travel dates (additional fee)

This option is only available once you have contacted Fork n Fly, and secured your wedding date with your resort of choice, and this needs to be paid 14 days within securing your wedding date.

In the event of cancellation of the wedding date from the resort or yourself or travel dates for any reason, this fee is non-refundable and will be kept as compensation.
